The Sterling Alaska Railroad GP-35  page

The first GP35 arrived to the ARR in 1964 as # 2500. It was renumbered to 2501 the next year in 1965 when the other 2 units arrived, 2502 & 2503

 2501 - July 23, 1981 - in front of the Anchorage engine house
 2501 - date unknown - behind the Anchorage engine house
 2502 - November 11, 1979 - in front of the Anchorage engine house
 2502 -  March 16, 1980 - at the Anchorage passenger station with the Whittier Shuttle
 2502 - June 6, 1980 - behind the Anchorage engine house with GP7 1804
 2502 - June 6, 1980 - along side the Anchorage engine house heading to the passenger depot for the Whittier shuttle
 2502 - June 6, 1980 - Just leaving the Anchorage passenger station and about to go onto the mainline with the Whittier shuttle
 2503 - date unknown - at the Fairbanks engine facility with 2000, 2502, 2501 and two F units. In this photo was all four of the newest locomotives until the GP-40's arrived
